| • cold-pressed and unfiltered from 100% organically grown Frantoio, Mariolo and Leccino olives |

| • the olives are hand brushed from the trees in the Tuscan tradition, placed in linen cloths and cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest |

| • a strong, fruity flavor, with mildly spicy, softly sweet tones and a pleasurably bitter and persistent finish |
